At Prudential Alnoor was responsible for developing and executing an integrated, long-term digital strategy for the Group. He is the founder of Pulse, the AI health super app, and led Prudential’s transformation into becoming the leading digital ecosystem platform across its Asian and African markets.
Prior to Prudential, Alnoor worked at Northgate Capital, a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, where he ran technology-focused funds. He has previously held CEO and EVP level roles at Misys PLC, Calypso Technologies, BT Group, Qwest Communications, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and Swiss Bank Corporation. He is a seasoned high-tech executive and has led several large-scale digital transformations in Banking, Telecommunications, High-Tech, and Software companies. He is also the founder or co-founder of successful start-ups in the UK, USA, Kenya, and India. Alnoor has served as a non-executive member on the boards of NYSE, LSE, and other listed companies in the UK, USA, China, and India where he has gained significant experience in IPOs, M&A, and activist action.

Tracey has over 25 years of business transformation and digital enablement experience in professional services.
Tracey held numerous leadership roles at RGP Consulting, overseeing sales and delivery of services. Her most recent role was EVP, Digital Innovation and Integrated Solutions where she established a product development function to accompany service offerings. Prior to RGP, she also has also worked with Prudential Financial as Director of Financial Systems.
Currently a buy-side advisor with Andra Partners, helping middle market private equity and strategic buyers align with acquisition targets. She serves on Boards of multiple technology firms, ranging from pre-seed to highly profitable. She has been actively involved in the capital raise process as well as go to market strategies.

Klas Eklund is a distinguished economist currently serving as the Senior Economist of the law firm, Mannheimer Swartling. Previously, he held the esteemed position of Chief Economist at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) the largest bank in Scandanavia. A licentiate of economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, Eklund’s career spans pivotal roles in the Ministry of Finance and the Cabinet office during the 1980s, where he served as Deputy Under-Secretary of State and economic adviser to the Prime Minister of Sweden.
His contributions to economic policy are noteworthy, including chairing the Swedish government’s Productivity Commission and membership in the European Commission’s Group of Economic Policy Analysis from 2001-2010. Eklund’s extensive professional portfolio includes roles such as Chief Economist at Sweden Post, Chairman of the Government’s Committee for Economic Studies of the Public Sector, and board membership in significant institutions like the Swedish Central Bank.
A prolific author, Eklund has published over 1,000 articles and columns, along with several books covering diverse economic subjects.
