Non-Executive Chairman of the Board
Peter serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for EvoluteIQ and is based out of Stockholm, Sweden.
He is an eminent Banker in the Nordics region and has held multiple executive leadership positions across various financial services institutions in the region. He is also the CEO & Founding Partner of Confidus Venture Capital AB that is also an investor in EvoluteIQ. Prior to co-founding Confidus Investment Partners, Peter was the CEO of Nordnet Bank, a leading new age bank in Sweden where he spearheaded Nordnet’s focus on leveraging Digital and Artificial Intelligence for Banking.
Prior to that Peter served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Life and Pension business for SEB, a leader in the Insurance & Banking space in Nordics. During this tenure he was also the Member of the Executive Board at SEB.
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Sameet serves as the Chief Executive Officer for EvoluteIQ and is based out of London, UK.
He brings a depth of experience in building and growing businesses globally. Prior to EvoluteIQ, Sameet served as the Group CEO of Servion (a Cisco Portfolio Company) and its group companies of Innoveo AG and Acqueon Inc. He was instrumental in leading the transformation of the group from pure contact center professional services to customer experience (CX) and digital technology-based software platform companies.
Prior to that Sameet served as the Executive Vice President & Managing Director for Global Financial Services & Europe for Virtusa where he led significant organic growth for the business and also built differentiated domain led industry solutions. He acquired businesses in Germany, Sweden and was also part of the leadership team that led the Polaris acquisition for Virtusa .
Earlier, he was the Head of Europe for Genpact (Headstrong Capital Markets) and was responsible for building and accelerating the growth of the capital markets business in the region.
Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder
Sanjay serves as the Chief Product Officer for EvoluteIQ and is based out of Bangalore, India.
In his role as CPO, Sanjay drives the overall roadmap for EIQ, our No Code Hyperautomation Enablement Platform, and is responsible for the engineering and R&D teams. He is a lifetime entrepreneur and has built and run various technology companies, including Quadwave Consulting.
Sanjay is an expert in Business Process Management & Workflow, CEP & Big Data based solutions, with international experience in designing and developing business and technology strategies, technology innovation, software product ideation and product management. Sanjay is also a published author and a motivational speaker.
Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder
Deepak serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for EvoluteIQ and is based out of Bangalore, India.
In his role, Deepak drives the overall strategy along with the key relationships for the company including our technology alliances and solution partnerships. Additionally, he is responsible for Marketing and Analyst Relationships.
Prior to EvoluteIQ, Deepak has held various leadership positions at Virtusa, Publicis Sapient, Genpact (Headstrong Capital Markets) and Wipro.
Deepak has broad-based experience in strategy, business development, delivery, client relationship management, consultative solution selling, P&L management and operations. He has extensive international experience across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East partnering with clients in industries such as Banking and Financial Services and Telecom.

Naveen Prabhu serves as a Board Member for EvoluteIQ and is based out of London, UK.
As a Board Member, Naveen provides strategic guidance and vision for EvoluteIQ’s technology roadmap, drawing on his extensive experience as a technology leader and innovator. He continues to be a passionate advocate for the EIQ Platform, driving thought leadership on how the platform can deliver end-to-end integrated AI-powered automation solutions across various industries and domains.
Naveen is a hardcore technologist and brings rich experience as a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Quadwave Consulting, a technology-led company where he continues to serve as a Director on the Board.
Prior to joining EvoluteIQ’s Board, Naveen served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer, where he led the conceptualization and development of cutting-edge technology solutions for customers across USA, UK, and Asia.
Director, Baird Capital Board Member
Daina joined Baird Capital in 2024 as a Director in the Global Private Equity team. Based in London, she is responsible for finding and completing new investment opportunities, as well as supporting the boards of investee companies. Prior to joining Baird, Daina spent five years leading growth investments at BGF and 10 years at Blue Coast Capital, a London-based family-backed investment group with PE assets globally. Originally from Latvia, Daina began her career in a strategy role in a large media group in her home country and later joined PwC’s transaction services team in the U.K., specializing in company valuations and analysis. Daina is CFA qualified and holds a master’s degree in strategic management from EDHEC Business School in France. She is a passionate diversity and inclusion advocate.

Mark Donnelly joined Baird Capital as a Partner in 2022 and is focused on investing in Tech Services & Software. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Mark was a Managing Director and head of origination at Runway Growth Capital where he led the firm’s new investment activities in the technology and healthcare IT verticals. Before Runway, Mark was a principal with Beringea, where he focused on investments in mid-stage technology and services companies in the U.S. and U.K. Mark was previously a member of the investment teams at private equity firms The Riverside Company and DW Healthcare Partners. He began his career in management consulting at Bain & Company. Mark received a B.S.E. in industrial & operations engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
