We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to Join our team and help our employees maintain a productive work environment to ensure our organization reaches its goals.


The role comprises of a wide range of HR tasks, like onboarding, induction, performance management, organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, exits and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. You will be responsible for engaging employees, motivating them and raising performance levels. Ultimately, you will foster a happy and healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.


  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Create a fun and positive work environment
  • Initiate team building activities, retreats and anything that increase team spirit
  • Empower people to increase emotional energy and satisfaction

Requirements & Skills:

  • At least 3+ yrs experience as an HR Generalist
  • MBA in HR from a reputed university
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Strong community building skills and background
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be compassionate and emotionally intelligent
  • Excellent people skills
  • Being an excellent listener
  • Excellent public relation skills
